Your purchase

Trip Pass is a one-time purchase for one trip project: three to five destination suggestions, on-site budget estimates, sourced places and an editable programme. No bookings are included. The total pass price in euros is shown before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Access and availability

Sign in to your MapSur account to buy and retrieve your pass. Access opens after payment is confirmed. Your dates, duration, interests and budget define this project; a different project requires a new pass. You can revisit purchased destinations from your account and download your notebook. Places are refreshed and may be removed when a source is no longer available.

Budgets and recommendations

Budgets are sourced, dated editorial estimates per person, for budget to standard accommodation. Accommodation is counted per night; meals, local transport and activities per day. Travel to/from the destination, visas, insurance and the pass price are excluded. No price or booking availability is guaranteed. Places come from public sources; their relevance to a profile does not guarantee a safe trip.

Withdrawal and refunds

You request access to the notebook as soon as payment is confirmed. You retain 14 days from payment to request a full refund, even after opening the notebook. In your notebook, choose “Refund this pass” and confirm. You may also email contact@mapsur.com: I am withdrawing from Trip Pass [reference], paid on [date], using account [email]. The refund goes to the original payment method within 14 days of your request; notebook access is removed after the refund. This period does not limit your other statutory rights, including rights relating to non-conforming content.

Profile and privacy

Profile criteria are optional. Their use requires your explicit consent for each search. They are processed temporarily to select or filter places and are not saved with the pass, sent to Stripe or shared with an AI service. A pass stores dates, duration, interests, budget, suggested destinations and payment references. Removing criteria stops their use for subsequent searches; it does not change your saved profile.

Search history

Searches you submit while signed in are recorded in Supabase to track your request and its processing, even when no offer matches: account identifier, dates, duration, budget, interests, time and processing outcome. Before payment, this history stores only the matching destination count; when opening a paid notebook, it also stores the destinations viewed. No sensitive profile criteria or raw request bodies are retained. This history is separate from the optional public count and does not contribute to it. It is retained for ninety days, then removed by the daily cleanup (up to ninety-one days). You can export or delete it from the Trip Pass page without deleting your purchases. Deleting your account also removes this history.

Optional counts

You can separately opt in to the count of destinations explored through Trip Pass. Only your account identifier, destinations and viewing date are stored for this purpose. Counts cover the last thirty days, are never filtered by identity and are rounded down to tens, from twenty distinct people. You can delete your participation at any time from the Trip Pass page. Unchecking the option stops future contributions; the delete button removes previous ones.

Data and support

Pass data is stored in Supabase and accessible only through your account. Stripe processes payment; MapSur does not store your card number. Operational pass records are retained for the life of the account; count contributions are retained for thirty days, then removed by the daily cleanup (up to thirty-one days). Export pass data from this page; deleting your account also deletes its passes and contributions. Any accounting retention obligations remain separate. For purchase questions, refunds or data rights, contact MapSur using the contact form. Your statutory rights remain applicable.
